Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding wigs that require additional preparation time.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET may ship the same day
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET will be processed the next business day
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended by an additional business day.

Special Processing – Colored Wigs

Certain units require additional customization and preparation.

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days
  • Delivery after processing: approximately 3–5 business days

If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
